Dried Autumnal Husks

My blogging muse seems to have withered and dried and blown away. Like the sunburned parks and lawns in this unusually dry Seattle autumn, all is dust not even stirred by a wind.

I am trying to get the first draft of my new novel Bend Me Shape Me completed in order to meet my publishers deadline and that energy seems to be sapping all of my creativity.  Or perhaps it is the autumnal reach toward winter that has caused premature hibernation.

Whatever the cause, I hope to soon find renewed energy and intriguing subjects with which to fill these pages.  Patience, my peeps, patience.  I shall not be away much longer, I promise.
